All sales of handmade and custom-made products are final.

Because each journal is individually handmade and customized to the customer's selections, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

This includes journals customized with leather color, fabric, initials, charms, or other personalization options.

Natural Leather Variation

Our journals are handmade using natural leather and, where applicable, hand-dyed using natural leather dyes. Because leather is a natural material and each piece is individually dyed and finished by hand, color, texture, grain, and overall appearance may vary slightly from the photographs shown on our website. These natural variations are part of what makes each handmade piece unique and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We carefully inspect and package every order before it leaves our workshop. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS] with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

We will review the situation and, when appropriate, work with you to provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
